How do I fix the restarting bug on the AEye based eye trackers?

If you have purchased a TM5, TM5 mini, VT3 or VT3 mini before September 2014 please email email@example.com to request a return authorization form.
If you are in the US, we can use a FedEx/UPS service to have zero down time of your eye tracker by a swap on location with an updated unit.
