I am experiencing issues with the eye tracker camera freezing up and occasionally acting up on me. I think I need to update the camera firmware. How do I update the camera firmware to the latest firmware?

If you are using QuickACCESS you can check the camera firmware by going to C:\Program Files\EyeTechDS\QuickACCESS\utils and then click on the Quick Glance.exe . When inside the Quick Glance software go to settings, check the advanced setting check box in the bottom left corner and then go to the Camera tab and you will see the following screen with firmware number in the top right of the screen called Configuration Version:
