At some point in recent versions of QuickACCESS, the bottom left corner, right on top of the windows button is unclickable when using a touch on the touchscreen.

It doesn't follow the Windows key... so if I move the taskbar to the top or right, it doesn't have the problem in those positions.

What is going on? How do I fix it?

It looks like it could be caused by a hidden window on top of that part of the screen:

Does Alt-Tab or MSCONFIG show any odd programs that might be launching on the computer?

Is there a corrupt system file that might be causing it? Some scans of the system might help.

Or it could be some sort of graphics card issue.

Please send some more information using msinfo32 (see http://answers.eyetechds.com/questions/207/troubleshooting-a-windows-computer), to help further diagnose the problem.
