Occasionally my EyeTech QuickACCESS software freezes or stops working when using Windows 10 computer. What should I do to fix this?

Using the latest version of QuickACCESS fixes this issue - https://office.eyetechds.com/downloads/EyeTechQuickACCESSAACInstaller16.08.11.41.exe
Uninstall all previous version of the QuickACCESS software and delete all previous eye tracker settings when this window comes up:
The touch screen hooking has been disabled and the mouse hooking has fixed so that freezing in Windows 10 does not occur. Touch screen hooks will come again in future version of QuickACCESS.
