Is there any way fo access the hotspot menus while in the Windows 8 or 10 Start screen? Currently the Start screen seems to overlay the hotspots and there seems to be no way to access the hotspots outside of the desktop . Thanks

Currently there is no way to access our QuickACCESS software when in the Windows 8 or 10 start screen. You can set the computer to automatically log-in if you want so you avoid this. If you want to have a password login every time then I would recommend you see about using Windows Hello log-in. What type of computer are you using?
